How to Download Your Information on SnipeSocial

SnipeSocial allows you to download a copy of your account information, including details about your activity, friends, and more. Follow these steps to easily access your data:

Steps to Download Your Information

Log into Your SnipeSocial Account
Visit SnipeSocial and log in using your credentials.
Go to Account Settings
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
Navigate to the “Download Your Information” Section
- On the left-hand menu, locate and click on Your Information.
- Under this section, select Download Your Information.
Select the Data You Wish to Download
- You can choose from the following categories:
  - Info: Basic account details such as your username, email, and joined date.
  - Friends: A list of all your friends on the platform.
  - Followings and Followers: Details of accounts you follow and those following you.
  - Pages, Groups, Events, and Posts: Export information on your pages, groups, events, and individual posts.
Request Data Export
- Click on the checkbox for the data types you want to download.
- Press the Request button to initiate the download process.
Wait for the File to Generate
- A notification will appear once your file is ready.
- Depending on the size of the data, this process may take a few minutes.
Download Your Data
- Once the file is generated, you will see a Download button.
- Click it to save the file to your device.

Important Notes

The downloaded data is in a secure format for your privacy. Ensure you store it safely on your device.
You can only download your information periodically. Repeated requests within a short period may not be processed immediately.
