Deleting Your Event on SnipeSocial

If you need to delete an event permanently, follow the steps below. Please note that once an event is deleted, it cannot be restored.


Steps to Delete Your Event:

  1. Access Your Event
    • Navigate to your event feed by selecting the relevant event from your list of events on SnipeSocial.
  2. Open Settings
    • Click on the three-dot menu on your event page. From the dropdown, select Settings to proceed to the event management area.
  3. Find the Delete Option
    • On the Event Settings page, scroll to the bottom to find the Delete Event section.
  4. Review the Warning
    • SnipeSocial will display a warning message indicating that deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Review this information carefully.
  5. Confirm Deletion
    • Click on the Delete Event button. A confirmation prompt will appear asking, “Are you sure you want to delete this event?”
    • Select Confirm to finalize the deletion process.
  6. Event Deleted
    • Once confirmed, the event will be removed from SnipeSocial. This action is irreversible.

Important Notes:

  • Deleting an event will remove all associated posts, media, and data.
  • If you wish to retain some event details, consider archiving the event instead of deleting it permanently.
