Managing Events on Your Snipesocial Page
Managing events on your Snipesocial page helps you keep them updated and engaging for your attendees. Whether you’re running a virtual meetup, a product launch, or an in-person gathering, this tutorial will walk you through how to locate and manage your events effectively.
Step 1: Navigating to Your Page’s Events
Starting from the Home Page
If you’re already on your page, skip to Step 2.
- Access the Pages Section:
- From the Snipesocial home page, click on the Pages tab in the main menu.
- Open “My Pages”:
- Select My Pages to see a list of pages you manage.
- Click on the page containing the event you want to manage.
- Go to the Events Tab:
- On your page, locate and click the Events tab. This will display all events associated with your page.
Step 2: Selecting an Event to Manage
- View Your Events:
- In the Events tab, you’ll see a list of all events you’ve created on your Snipesocial page.
- Select the Event:
- Click on the event you want to manage to access its dedicated page.
Step 3: Managing Your Event
Once on your event page, you can perform several actions:
- Edit Event Details:
- Click the Edit Event button to update event information like time, location, category, or description.
- Invite Members:
- Use the Invite Members option to send invites to followers of your page.
- Post Updates:
- Add updates or announcements to keep attendees informed using the Timeline section of the event page.
- View Engagement:
- Check metrics like the number of attendees or interest by navigating to the event’s Members tab.
Step 4: Additional Options
- Cancel or Delete the Event:
- If necessary, you can cancel or delete the event entirely. This option is available under the settings menu (three dots) on the event page.
- Boost Your Event:
- Want more visibility? Use the Boost Event feature to promote it to a wider audience across Snipesocial.
