Step 1: Navigate to Your Page’s Store Tab
- From the Snipesocial homepage, select Pages from the left-hand menu.
- Select My Pages to see the pages you own.
- Choose the page you wish to manage from your list of owned pages.
- Click the Store tab in the page navigation bar near the top.
Step 2: View Existing Products
- On the Page Store tab, you’ll see all the products listed under your page. Each item includes a thumbnail, price, availability status (e.g., “In Stock”), and category tags.
- Use the Search Bar at the top to quickly find a product by name or keyword.
Step 3: Filter Products
- Simplify product management by using the available filters:
- Category: Narrow down by type, such as digital products or physical goods.
- Stock Status: View only items that are currently in stock or sold out.
- New Listings: Identify recently added products for quick updates or promotion.
Filters help you stay organized, even with a large inventory.
Step 4: Manage a Product Listing
- Click on a product thumbnail or name to open its Product Details Page.
- From here, you can:
- Edit Product: Update details like the name, description, price, images, or category by clicking the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and selecting Edit Product.
- Mark as Sold: Quickly update the availability status when a product is no longer available.
- Pin Product: Highlight a key product by pinning it to the top of your page feed for maximum visibility.
- Delete Product: Remove items that are no longer relevant or accurate.
- Turn Off Commenting: Manage customer interaction by disabling comments on specific product posts.
