If you’re already on your Snipesocial page, skip to Step 2.

  1. From the Snipesocial homepage:
    • Click on the Pages section in the top menu.
  2. Navigate to the My Pages tab to locate your page.
  3. Select the page where you want to create an event.
  4. Once on your page, click the Events tab in the navigation menu beneath your page’s banner image.

Step 2: Begin Creating a New Event

  1. Inside the Events Tab, click the Create Event button.
  2. The event creation form will open. Here’s what you need to fill out:
    • Event Name: Give your event a catchy, memorable title.
    • Start Date and End Date: Select when your event begins and ends. Use the calendar widget for precision.
    • Category: Choose a category that best describes your event (e.g., Music, Networking, Party, etc.).
    • Location: Enter the event’s physical or virtual location. If it’s virtual, include a URL.
    • Country: Select the country where your event will take place.
    • Description (About): Provide details about the event, including what attendees can expect, why they should attend, and any special instructions.
    • Tickets Link: If your event requires tickets, add the URL where users can purchase them. Ensure the link is valid.
    • Price Info: Provide a brief note about pricing (e.g., “£5 per ticket”).

Step 3: Sponsored Events (Optional)

If your event is sponsored, toggle the Sponsored Event button at the top of the form:

  1. Sponsored By: Enter the name of the sponsor (e.g., a brand or organization).
  2. Sponsored URL: Link to the sponsor’s website or promotional content.

This will display your sponsor details on the event page, giving them added visibility on Snipesocial.


Step 4: Finalizing and Publishing Your Event

  1. Review all the information to ensure accuracy.
  2. Click Create to publish your event.
